The most important part of peparing for an unpack is to have a great plan. If we're not the moving company doing the packing, make sure you create a plan for the unpack.
Getting a good understanding of the landscape where the unpack will take place is critical. Are you downsizing or up-sizing? What new rooms correlate to old rooms?
Labeling your boxes and items properly is crucial during the packing phase because if not labeled properly, boxes and your belongings can end up in any room. Avoid this by labeling everything.
Sir Austin doesn't leave the job until his customers are completely satisfied with the entire move, he'll stay on the job all night if he has to!
If you need time to situate yourself after a big move then we can return to your new home a couple days later to finalize the move. Ask about our split day rates.

After you create a plan for the unpack the next step is to map the old rooms to the new rooms you will be moving to. Are you consolidating garage stuff? Loosing a room or two? Both important questions when mapping out your new home.
Not labeling your boxes properly during a pack job can cause a real headache when moving to your new home. Having to stop every five minutes to tell a mover where something goes can be frustrating. Like you don't already have enough to worry about!
For most moving companies the term unpacking means to drop off boxes in a room and leave you to open them. But not on Sirs watch! We'll take everything out of your boxes for a proper unpack job!

As stated above, Sir Austin understands sometimes you need a few days to get used to your new place and that's why we have split day rates if you're needing a little more time during your unpack.
